He is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant, a designation that affords him insight into the way an organization’s personalities, strengths and character qualities shape a brand’s ethos and culture. A degree in communication arts with an emphasis in communication rhetoric serves as a foundation for his passion to create meaningful brands—helping organizations on-board social technologies and strategic thinking to achieve branding objectives and implement immediate marketing initiatives.

Kit is Strategic AirCommand at Firebone. He is also founder of Chicago REVerb, the largest regional social network for real estate professionals, and SPARKt the successful series of tech conferences. He has served on the original teams of P3 New Media (creators of SeeChicago.com), Personity (sold to OpenWave), Ocaso Software, Nexus Ventures, and OptionSoft.
